The implementation of the Equality Act 2010 and the increase in the unfair dismissal qualifying period to two years (April 2012) have raised awareness of discrimination law and the fact it is a more claimant-profitable regime than unfair dismissal.

Our experience includes:

• Defending an associative disability discrimination claim the result of which was that the case was dropped before the main hearing;
