New Rates and Limits from 6 April 201615 March 2016
From 6 April 2016 there will be new rates and compensation limits in place for many employment law matters. We have produced a two-page crib sheet to save to your desktop or print and pin up by your desk – which can be found here.
It covers compensation caps and current rates as well as Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal fees. This will be pertinent to unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, national minimum wage, collective consultation, TUPE, collective consultation, redundancy pay, right to be accompanied, flexible working, statement of written terms and whistleblowing claims; and it provides the current figures for statutory maternity pay, paternity pay, adoption pay, sick pay and the national minimum wage.
