• Advising an Analyst on her employer’s failure to consider health and safety needs, and attempts to make her redundant;
• Advising a senior executive on her employer’s refusal to properly consider her request for flexible working. Proceedings were issued for indirect sex discrimination and a breach of the flexible working regulations and the matter settled for a substantial sum; and
• Advising an employee on his right to ordinary and additional paternity leave.
• We have advised, litigated and negotiated settlements for clients who have been discriminated against on the grounds of pregnancy and maternity.
