We have significant experience of advising employees on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE). In particular, we have a track record of providing high quality advice to employees on their employment rights before and/or after the transfer of a business and when a ‘service provision change’ takes place (for example, where a contractor takes on a contract to provide a service for a client from another contractor).
We also advise on collective employment law issues and have successfully pursued claims in the Tribunal for failure to inform and consult appropriate representatives.
