Seminar with CIPD – 2015 Case round up

In association with CIPD, we hosted an Employment Law Update seminar on Wednesday 25 November at 6.30pm at Devonport House, Greenwich.

The seminar focussed on the key employment law cases of 2015 including those relating to:

  • unfair dismissal
  • whistleblowing
  • the right to be accompanied
  • TUPE

and an on-going government consultation on the tax on termination payments.
