We regularly advise our corporate client base on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and related issues. In particular, we advise on the statutory consultation requirements, the drafting and negotiation of TUPE warranties and indemnities, and any post transfer reorganisation or rationalisation.
