Contracts and Handbooks
We audit and draft contracts, handbooks and other contractual documentation for employers. We also advise on any implementation process. We have advised on the implementation of handbooks (policies and procedures) that range from significant works resulting from extensive consultation with employee representatives, through to the use of short-term standard documents.
Recent instructions include:
- Drafting both employment contracts and consultancy agreements for a stock broking firm, and advising on the tests for identifying the two relationships
- Advising on the implementation of a new handbook and policies for a company within FMCG
- Drafting internal policies for a recruitment company that included obligations under the conduct regulations
